Join forager Daniel Blackmore for an in-person mushroom foraging walk around the Bowden Pillars Future project site.
On this course we'll be exploring the Bowden Pillars Future site. We'll see where the eco village will be built, visit the site of the first farming projects and explore Devon Wild Trust's rewilding fields.
As we roam the land we'll keep our eyes pealed for our fungal friends. Daniel will teach you which fungi are edible, medicinal and poisonous.
Daniel will also demo how fungi can be used as fire starters and we'll finish around the fire to share some homemade wild mushroom chai.
